So, what happens now that you've found us? Well, if you're local to our part of the world (or willing to visit!) then we suggest you book an appointment with us. It will take about an hour, and you can expect it to be fun, caring and supportive as we guide you through the wonderful world of deb dresses.​

Once you've found your dress (and if you've decided to buy rather than hire), we'll need to order it in for you. On average, this can take 12 - 14 weeks so we highly recommend leaving yourself plenty of time. If you don't have that much time then don't panic - you are able to buy off the rack, or we may be able to organise a rush order for you.

 

Once your dress arrives we can either post it to you or arrange a time for you to come back and try it on. We can assist with aftersales alterations if needed, and we can also help you style your dress with a gorgeous set of heels, some jewellery and, of course, the all-important gloves.

We will ask you to pay a deposit to place your order, with the option to then pay the balance by instalments. Eftpos is available in store, as well as bank transfer or cash.

If you can't visit us, you're always welcome to shop us online! We don't expect you to do that alone though, so please reach out with your enquiry and we'll be more than happy to help over the phone, email or Facetime.
