Frequently Asked Questions
What should I bring?
You don't really need to bring anything to your appointment, but you might find the following items helpful:
- strapless bra
- your deb shoes (if you already have them)
- hair tie (helps to keep your hair out of the way when we're doing up the dresses)
What NOT to bring:
We kindly ask that you don't bring food & drinks (water is fine) into store.
Please don't wear excessive make up and please no body make up/self-tan.
A safety message: Our showroom is accessed via a stairway that we are unable to block off at the top. As this presents a safety concern, we ask that children above 6 months and under 12 do not attend appointments, unless you are able to keep them beside you at all times. We apologise for any inconvenience however we just don't feel comfortable having littlies at risk of injury.
I'm doing my deb with friends. Can we book a joint appointment?
We're happy for 2 friends to book their deb appointment together, but just ask that each deb only bring 1 other person along (ie. a total group of 2 debs plus 2 support people) as our space is very limited.
What are your payment options?
Layby: 25% deposit followed by 3 equal monthly instalments. No fees apply.
Order: 50% deposit with remaining balance due at first fitting.
Afterpay (full amount only. Instalment payments not accepted using Afterpay)
Pay the full amount upfront - EFTPOS, cash or bank transfer accepted.
